Rick Perry has said he will seal the border

When has he said that? He's talked about enforcing laws and increasing patrols, but he certainly has no intention of physically sealing the border. He also has a record of continuing to ring the dinner bell for more illegals to come to his state.

He's soft at best when it comes to this issue.
