Rush spelled it out very clearly this morning, all of these government DOE loans that have gone to green energy companies has been nothing but a tax payer funded money laundering scheme for obozo and the democrats, hence the bonuses paid to the so called owners, CEOs and upper management of said firms was hush money. Where the hell is congress on enforcing the law on this criminal tyrant? Conclusion; congress has to be in on all of it or the obozo wouldn't still be in office.
