Every year I wear orange on St. Patty’s Day. I love to celebrate the man who brought Christianity to Ireland. St. Patrick was a brave and faithful man. He took his calling for God as his life’s work and he lived to serve Christ. Because of his inspired life and his mission, I am a Christian today. There are millions of Irish worldwide who are walking in the Light of Christ because of St. Patrick. These people are Catholic…and they are Protestant. I wear orange on St. Patty’s day to encourage discourse on the reason for the “day”, namely, Christianity in the form of St. Patrick’s mission to Ireland.
Finishing the St. Patty's 4 Mile in Corktown; Detroit - Mi. It is therefore with some glee that I see Obama is being outted for his anti-Christian bias. The destruction of the church and the eventual deification of the State is plainly spelled out in the Communist Manifesto. The people cannot divide their allegiances between church and state. There are more Christians murdered in North Korea than just about anywhere. Iran is killing one for being a preacher and a missionary and he may be the last living Christian in an old Christian region. This stuff Obama is trying to pull is transparent. At least it should be to anyone paying attention.
But, Obama is stupid. He is a tactical genius and a strategic imbecile. He can identify his enemy and isolate it and pound the hell out of it, but he picked on the wrong buzz saw when he targeted the Catholics. They seemed pretty content to go along with all the social engineering bs and the eugenics and the redistribution of wealth, but when he went after nuns and Catholic hospitals? Ooops. The very foundation of the health care system in this country was built by Catholics. Education? Really? Need we discuss Catholic education? The Catholics have been eating everybody’s lunch in early education for the whole of our country’s history, and the public schools will never, never catch up. Nope…Obama’s brought us together, Protestants and Catholics and Jews….and frankly, a lot of Muslims. Bad move Barack.
So, what does this all mean for the election in November? Obama is going to get slaughtered unless the Liberals steal the election. I predict there will be unprecidented voter fraud and violence at the polls. There will be intimidation, bullying, stuffing, lying, bribing and stealing by Democrats all over the country. So, I intend on poll-watching. I would recommend that if it is all possible for you to do so, do so. Contact your local Republican district office. City or Township clerks are a great resource for info on poll-watching and Precinct Delegates and all that. I will be watching…
So…It is here that I must say I tip my cap to the Catholics of the United States of America. I do not do so lightly, and it is not completely comfortable for me to do either. However, I do it with pride for our country and the knowledge that even though we’ve not always agreed, I do have your back Catholic brothers and sisters. I will go to the end for your right to worship Christ. It is my duty and my pleasure to aid you as you are aiding all Christians in our country at this time. I thank you.
As for Notre Dame covering up the crosses for Obama’s speech? If he gets his ass kicked this November because of the Catholic vote, I’ll find somebody else to cheer against next year. Until then, Go Sparty.
