I don't think the moderators will allow Ryan to ambush Biden. They will interrupt and stop him at every surge in momentum. They did this to Gingrich repeatedly. If Gingrich hadn't gone rouge on the moderator, he'd not been able to close his arguments successfully. My advice to Ryan is to THROW POLITENESS OUT THE WINDOW AND TO NOT ALLOW THE MODERATORS TO STIFLE HIS MOMENTUM. CALL THE MODERATOR OUT OF THEIR TACTICS AND BIAS.

Team Romney-Ryan must be prepared for Ambushes. 0bama-Biden (or Hillary) won't have to because the media will coordinate all debates WITH them. Romney-Ryan won't be given that luxury and will be at a deficit from the start.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, Romney needs to find the source of leaks within his inner circle. Someone in his camp is reporting to the media and probably 0bama. He needs to weed them out!

Bite-me will not be on the ticket . . . he'll drop off due to, oh, say health problems or whatever. Hitlery, who's been having lots of Spackle and putty jobs on her face these past few years will ride to the rescue of the ticket.

You watch . . . the woman who was involved in a White House murder, murder cover-up, perjury, suborning perjury, obstruction of justice, treason, and grand theft of government property will rescue the ticket.

What wonderful people the dummycrats have waiting in the wings. But, kiss Bite-me goodbye.

They’re probably already scripting the “Tie” score and desperately looking to find anything intelligent that JoeBee ever said (that wasn’t someone else’s).

Ryan's moderator is the last woman listed. He won't be able to throw politeness out. In fact, it worked best with Newt when there was a male moderator, he got poor reviews if there was a woman even on FR. How's that for double-standards?

Jim Lehrer will have hosted 11 presidential debates in 6 successive election cycles, going back 20 years. That hardly seems reasonable. NBC is almost never included with Brokaw in 2008 being a rare exception, FOX doesn't exist as far as these debates go.

Bob Schieffer is another repeat from 2008 (and 2004) but at least we don't have the situation of 2008 where one of the moderators has a book coming out on a candidate as we saw with Gwen Ifill.

Something else not pointed out, New York audiences get another crack at asking questions as they did in 2008. They had the third debate with Schieffer, this time they have the 2nd debate with Crowley.

There's a truly awful slate of moderators and a poor regional mix of debate hosts. Kentucky has it's second debate in three cycles. Missouri had two debates, 2004 and 2008. Florida is back from 2004. Do we really have so few states that THREE account for hosting half the past dozen presidential debates? It's a sham.
