It’s kinda unclear from the reporting, but my impression is that he had two full mags *plus* 50 loose rounds - and I’m not sure how much use the loose rounds would have been, since the whole building could have been evacuated (and probably stormed by the police and neutralized) while this guy was sitting down reloading magazines....

I have a feeling that this nut job intended to place a "hate sandwich" on the body of each victim. He intended to kill at least 15 people.
