I was going to send them a rebuke myself and ask them to discontinue all communication... hmmm... guess it's a wait and see what the real reason why this happened and whether of not I will wish to continue purchasing from them.

If they mess up the paperwork on an order it could have huge ramifications for their business and even lead to jail time for the people involved.

I don’t blame them from wanting to get it right. They may sell some cheap crap and take advantage of buyers but I don’t begrudge them this.
