Roberts and SCOTUS will not actually comment in any manner. They are conplict as are Reps and Senate(both sides). They will find a way to dismiss without comment.

You’re right, they won’t do anything. Thomas admitted a while back that they’re “evading” the issue so don’t expect anything to change today.

There was a closed-door agreement between the two major political parties regarding Obama's eligibility. The fix was in since 2008.
