You’re right, they won’t do anything. Thomas admitted a while back that they’re “evading” the issue so don’t expect anything to change today.

Roberts and SCOTUS will not actually comment in any manner. They are conplict as are Reps and Senate(both sides). They will find a way to dismiss without comment.There was a closed-door agreement between the two major political parties regarding Obama's eligibility. The fix was in since 2008.
