I am a corporate event manager, and have managed speakers and the meeting facilities for people higher up the food chain then these libtards could ever hope to clean up after.
It is standard procedure to have a glass or bottle of room temperature water available for each speaker.
The fact that these numbskulls have zero clue about such issues only reinforces the fact that they are low information AND low class.
Even pastors and priests have water available.

In response, the Left has responded in unison: "What an Idiot, He Drank Water!" To them, it makes perfect sense. Their politics is all about style over substance. Pausing to drink water is a far bigger sin than spending an extra two trillion dollars to buy votes. :)

Rubio’s drinking of water must take these liberals back to their college days. It was then they were in their 8 AM class half wacked out from the night before. Before them was the professor, taking sips from his water bottle giving forth the Marxist spew. Their misery was made worse from their case of dry mouth.
I had a prof who smoked a pipe during the lecture. I am sure these liberals were tempted to smoke a pipe too, filled with their favorite waky tobaccy.
