I remember those pictures ... probably about 7 or 8 yers ago, or more. There were several pictures that showed the perp’s escape route, then the drop, and then his head impaled on a spike of a wrought iron fence. The drug dealer was black, and I think he had a rather bored expression on his face.
That's understandable. I mean, after the initial unpleasantness, eventually it must get rather tedious just hanging on a fence.
