Yes, that is true. That's why Bloomberg has had to switch gears to the state-by-state strategy, divide and conquer. And, it's working for him: he's opened a 2nd front in the war on guns, started bloodying noses, while our forces are still fighting by Marquess of Queensbury rules.

one way around CT anti-civil rights law (lets be real CT is the new segregationists) is to federally preempt CT via capacity deregulation and FORCED cross border recognition of CCW.
