Where's that guy who decodes what 0bama means when he speaks in code. What 0bama REALLY MEANS here is that he WOULD ORDER CONFISCATIONS were it not for the Constitution. Since when does the Constitution stop Marxist 0bama anyway?

I had the exact same thought! This “constrained” statement is ripe with underlying meaning!

For example, “I need to be free from these archaic limitations.” Or, “Let’s ‘fundamentally change’ the government ‘system’.” Or, “I have no respect for the foundational principles of this nation. I want to rule without constraint.”
