A turf war for control over drug markets in Naples, Italy between the rival Scissionisti and Di Lauro clans has claimed dozens of mobsters in recent months. There used to be violent turf wars over alcohol in the U.S. when that drug was illegal; when it was legalized, the turf wars ended. Food for thought.
