This video was found at Defense Distributed. It shows the test firing of the Lulz Liberator, a $25 3D printed pistol. It is only 30 seconds long, so it has been edited to only show the firing. The video loads quickly.
Defense Distributed labels it as "For Australia".
Nice, and just in time as tyranny slowly creeps into the USA. Expect the statists to go after bullets next and/or gunpowder.
3-D printed .12GA slugs http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=PVyLGQUmXcg
I watched it too. Interesting stuff. The Nazi cabal will try, but won’t be able to stop gun printing. It will be fun to watch the escalation of sophistication in printed firearms.
No, just primers. That’s about the only thing we can’t come up with.
I remember zip guns.
Did not need a 3D printer.
This first plastic barrel can already take 9 shots. I foresee a 3D printed semi-auto within 1 year. A plastic gun you can shoot 1-2 plastic mags through and throw away.
I can already hear Bloomturd and Chuck Schmuck wailing to ban 3D printers...
you’re going to need a special firearms license to buy a 3D printer and the license will be imposable to get
Apparently it is not too difficult to build your own printer using scrap parts from toys, etc. Essentially it is a tiny glue gun controlled by stepper motors.
Next step is to ban everything not explicitly authorized...
“Next step is to ban everything not explicitly authorized...”
That is already common practice in zoning ordinances.
