I should have added that Saudi money supports the cause of jihad all over the world, the price of a university education is a pittance to them. Anything to further the cause of world wide Islam domination.
Nowadays (2000-2013+) I would think it is the norm for Saudis to pay for education on American soil, no one would bat an eye. Back when bozo was in school (1980?90?) was it so accepted? wouldn't it have been frowned upon?
