If you thought that Bill Clinton had a lot of fishy last minute pardons, wait until we see what Barry does as he goes out the door.
As far as I know, there’s nothing to stop him from pardoning himself for all crimes that “may have been committed” in addition to the pardons he’ll grant to the “usual suspects” (Eric Holder, Valerie Jarrett, etc.)
