What seems to be happening is the public wants certain items or services. The companies run by left-wingers provide those items and services but also share details with our government. It is symbiotic. Your privacy, despite the caveats by those companies, is a lie.

They share any data they’ve mined with the government, and in turn, the government shares certain information with politically connected industries, i.e., supporters of the regime.

We are sacrificing our God-given freedoms to get movies-on-line, reading material via Kindles, chat with friends and search for information on-line.

These highly-competitive industries, using this data, can make more money. The government gets important details about our lives, politically important details that can be used in various legal and illegal manners.

Will we be willing to change how we live? Because that is what will be required to subvert this incestuous relationship between certain industries and government.
