Obama's not a president---he's an investor.
Obama and his team emanate from Chicago criminal politics, where getting into govt is seen as an "investment" All govt payouts are calculated WRT "return on investment"......such as (1) the amt that goes to offshore accounts, (2) amt siphoned off to non-profits and foundations, and, (3) the amt returned as kickbacks from corrupt govts.
One can calculate Obama's "return on investment" by the dollars he "invests" in getting elected. In 2012 Obama bragged he was the first billion dollar candidate.

EXHIBIT ONE Obama gave then-Egyptian President Morsi $250 million in March in addition to 200 Abrams tanks and 12 F-16s, with 8 more to be delivered by the end of the year. Pretty strong support for the Muslim Brotherhood, of which Morsi is a member.
FOX news reported Obama is NOT cutting off US aid to Egypt (even though US law denies aid to govts deposed via muilitary coup).
The Egyptian military is neither under civilian control nor primarily financed by the Egyptian government. It gets more than $1 billion annually in US foreign aid......plus millions upon millions in additional US-financed programs.

The price tag for the Wall Street bailout is often put at $700 billion—the size of the Troubled Assets Relief Program. But TARP is just the best known program in an array of more than 30 programs overseen by the US Treasury Department (strong-armed by Obama's COS staff who held dual positions in the WH And the Treasury) and Federal Reserve that have paid out or put aside money to bail out financial firms and inject money into the markets.

O'S KENYAN HALF BRO IS READY TO CASH IN---RUNS THE TAX-EXEMPT "DO-GOOD IN KENYA" OBAMA FOUNDATION. The tax-exempt “charity” named in honor of their Dad, is run by President Barack Obama’s half-brother Malik.
The tax-exempt Obama foundation, fast-tracked by Lerner for IRS tax-exempt status, is based at a Virginia UPS store, according to its website. The organization’s IRS filings list another Virginia address that is actually a drug rehab center where the foundation does not appear ever to have been based.
As first reported by The Daily Caller, the foundation was speedily approved for IRS exemption by Lois Lerner, the self-same IRS senior official at the center of the targeting of conservative organizations that have waited over two years to receive tax exempt status. The IRS thoughtfully gave Obama Foundation retroactive fund-raising status.......which it stupidly never applied for.
