Rep. Tom Price asks this official whether he was involved in any discussions with the Treasury regarding the delay of the individual mandate. He had to ask multiple times because the way this official answers the question you’d think he’s walking through a mine field:
So basically his answer is yes. It’s a shame he couldn’t just say that.
