While US nukes have numerous safety interlocks that prevent them from accidentally detonating and presumably keeping them from being armed except on Presidential command, I wonder just how secure are the nukes in places like Pakistan and North Korea. Could Pakistani nuclear weapons fall into the wrong hands and be easily used?

If the story is to be believed, three of four safety interlocks on this particular bomb failed.
