Just over and to the left of the circle, actually.

Looks a bit decomposed, though.

Fun thread, love all the images!

That first pic in #45 could have been my Pearl.

You're kidding, right? I mean the cat is right in the circle and is clear as a bell once you see it---not decomposed looking at all. You're pulling our leg, I bet!

I looked again. Now I see Richard Nixon. I think it’s hopeless for me to see your Kitty. Was never good at seeing the magic picture thingies for some reason.

Such a cute thread! I really enjoyed it.

Re the Arizona Ash, I’m wondering if you can tell me some things about having them on your property? I do have one that’s about 30+ years old. It’s beautiful and has a gorgeous, umbrella-like canopy. In fact, it functions so well as an umbrella, it’s where I take my dogs to do their business (instead of the backyard) when it’s raining.

The implication of your post seemed to be that there’s a certain lifespan for an Arizona Ash. I pray I’m misinterpreting because I love my tree. I would be in mourning like your Sweet Pea if I had to lose it.

Do you have expertise on the subject or can you direct me to a trusted site that can help me determine if I can keep my Arizona Ash for many years to come?

TIA.

CB

I’m no expert, but I can tell you that through the years, I would have the tree “topped”. Google tree topping for more info.

I was pleased with the results. The tree would come back the next year full and very nicely shaped. But tree topping can cause damage. Did I shorten the life of the tree by topping it two times in thirty years? I don’t know. Probably.

More on Google....
