Marco Rubio not only betrayed the tea party and all the conservatives who put him in office but he lied to the world while he was doing it. The long and the short of it is Marco Rubio cannot be trusted and must be sent packing if possible.

Gone are the days when a Republican office holder can go off the reservation but plead eternal conservative verities in the next campaign and thereby stay in office. The revolution is at hand, we are in a new age, conservatives are the only hope for saving the Republic from disaster and they dare not excuse betrayal because it is not for themselves alone that we put people like Marco Rubio in office but for our children, grandchildren and, yes, even the low information voters who returned Obama. This is not a question of vengeance, it is a matter of morality, but it is ultimately a question of survival.

In this fight for survival there is no room for sentimentality or wishful thinking. Those who are not for us are against us. We must be ruthless in weeding out ideological deviants. There is no better morality play ongoing on this issue than the drama in the effort to defund, delay, or weaken Obamacare. Rubio simply does not fit in to the calculus anymore.

Wherever possible these Mavericks must be eliminated "to encourage the others." Granted the effort will occasionally fail and sometimes it will succeed only in electing a Democrat but we are left with no other choice in this battle against the Republican elitist establishment. They must fear us more than they fear the media and more than they love K St.

I will trust a democrat long before I will trust Rubio.

At least I know that a democrat will work against the USA and me. I can be prepared and armed for their deeds.

Rubio has been working to undermine us with his lies on the immigration bill.

I watched him on Hannity for an hour, constantly spewing out the half truth that no federal tax dollars would go to any of the filth who were to get all these government benefits. He always emphasized “Federal”. Typical lying political puke and if West can take that greasy slime ball down fine.

What the lying pr$%K did not say was every state would have to pick up the tab for his people. I guess in his mind dollars stolen from us by force are much better stolen by states than the feds. Go snort some of your cocaine.

In my book he is no better than the scum who sneak into our country then demand we fund their maggot infested life style.

I’m saying he went from a fairly level footing to a district which was heavily democrat and still almost won despite voter fraud.

I’m done with Rubio, he’s a liar and part of the GOP establishment that has nothing but disdain for the average American.

What he said afterwards is of no relevance to the matter. One can, like Zero, always choose to "recalibrate" his words. The comments of Allen West are on the record and speak volumes.

Hmmmmm...

Here's what West stated on his Facebook page: I have signed a letter supporting a DOJ investigation. I am not heading to Sanford to shout and scream, because we need the responsible entities and agencies to handle this situation from this point without media bias or undue political influences. This is an outrage.

So, he signed on to and supported federal involvement (with Holder's DOJ) in a strictly local matter. No matter what he said subsequently, Allen West was wrong to get involved before the facts were known.

Even worse, he stated: I have sat back and allowed myself time to assess the current episode revealing itself in Sanford, Florida involving the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. Actually taking time to analyze the matter would have resulted in West holding his tongue while the local authorities investigated the matter.

You're absolutely right. On that we agree. But an investigation already was underway by those best equipped to do so -- the local agencies. Where Allen West went so very wrong was advocating the involvement of the federal government (specifically Holder's DOJ) in the matter.

The same Allen West who voted in favor of the indefinite detention without trial of American citizens (NDAA 2011)?

The same Allen West who voted in favor of redistributing wealth to the Black Caucus and their constituents (the Pigford USDA vote)?

The same Allen West who publicly came out on the side of “Justice for Trayvon©”?

The same Allen West who did such a pathetic job on contesting the fraudulent election that it cost him his seat?

The same Allen West who was shown The Cold Case Posse’s evidence on the forged Obama birth certificate, the false SS #, and the phony Selective Service Registration, said he agreed with the evidence 100%, he thinks the documents are forged, BUUUUT ....he said he would not publicly endorse the findings “...because he wanted a future in politics”?

THAT Allen West?

I live in the district Colonel West ran in. I supported him and went to many of his functions.
If he can’t beat the smarmy little papa’s boy Murphy (worthless) he can’t beat Rubio in this heavily Cuban mecca.

I love Col. West. He has gravitas but no oomph. He has a grasp of most conservative principles, but no pizzaz.

He's like a bowl of delicious tapioca pudding without the fresh raspberries and whipped cream.

He'll never beat Prince Charming Rubio...no way....despite our hopes and prayers.

He should run against the comatose Bill Nelson....it'll be two bowls of tapioca running against each other.

West could get a big chunk of Democrat minority voters crossing over, to boot.

I'll work my heart out for him if he makes a better choice than running with unfavorable odds of winning. He should choose his slot carefully....and I think he will.

Leni dear, West already tried to pander to the minority vote (”Look, homes, I be down wif da struggle”) - but that “R” behind his name was more than enough to lose them.

Great post Sarge. That ‘aye’ vote of his for the Nazi Germany style indefinite detention of American citizens, (with no Lawyer, no judge, no trial or any due process allowed), NDAA crap was pure insanity and showed just where he really stands. I had forgotten his Travon crap also, thanks for reminding me.

Your buddy Marco wants to let all the 11 million illegals stay and be on a path to citizenship. ie. amnesty. Do you really want to re-elect him? He’s a clever little political hack who will do whatever is necessary to further himself in politics.

Allen West got redistricted. Thats whay he lost.
