People did you ever see anything as stupid as this remark--The lawsuit alleges that the defendant, Georgia Nut Company and Dollar General Corporation, failed to inspect the Sweet Smiles chocolate covered almond.

I never saw in the article that the product was defective, as in, there was a rock in the candy.
