The gazillion Bibles are in a foreign language. The people in China can’t read them.

Your idea is a good one, but they do not print a gazillion Bibles in Chinese.

Regular Chinese people still often have to have Bibles that are illegally smuggled to them.

Chinese learn English. Its in their schools and reading the bible in English helps.

You miss the point. It is a moral outrage that China is the world’s #1 printer of Bibles, going to the bank with that economic benefit, while denying access to any kind of Bibles to huge numbers of Chinese Christians. And Americans who support their industry is supporting their repressive regime, at the cost of the oppression of fellow Christians.
