Yeah, they Democrats tend to do that.

Meg Whitman spent a hundred million to try and win the governor's race in California, but Brown won with a hundred plus millions donated from unions and the sabotaging with false issues by a former maid and Gloria Allred.

I do think you see a couple of hundred million going towards getting rid of Cruz, but like you say I think that will fail. Texas is not the kind of state like CA that would allow a Gloria Allred to give Democrats victory either. So it would be a win-win because Dems will waste money and Cruz will (as you say) win anyway.

I hope you’re right. If he keeps up with his conservative stance I’ll be out getting votes for him. (See, sad I don’t trust any of them, not even the good ones, after all the pretend-conservatives)
