That would be a start. If I owned a grocery store(s), I would have only one checkout lane that would handle the EBT cards. Every shopper in the place would know who the deadbeats are. A little shame and embarassment is a good thing.
What rock are you living under? Do you really believe there is any shame in having EBT these days? Forty-seven million people use EBT now. Nobody even pays attention now.
