This was done very clumsily and doesn't make the Prez look good in the eyes of many ordinary who simply took what he said to mean what the words ordinarily mean

We all know that it's how Obama is perceived which is MOST important in this whole affair ...

And don't these people realize that the hoi polloi don't necessarily understand the "nuances" of poli-speak and may simply take words at face value? They really need to brush up on their delivery, if even if the DUmmies are starting to question things.
