Throw-away track phones bought at a nearby dollar store. Private investigator hired to trail working mom. Massive document shredding days. Bashing of hard drives. Office Chaos. Wow. Is this the latest fiction novel on a crime themed best seller list?

Honest and dedicated federal employees, sickened and disgusted over the theft of money and services of US taxpayer dollars filed a whistleblower lawsuit to blow the lid off of a scandal that looks to bankrupt a federal agency founded for the sole purpose of giving truly disabled Americans the benefits they need.

A Social Security Disability Office on the border of Kentucky and Huntington, W. Virginia, is at the center of federal investigations into the activities of SSD supervisors who turned over huge numbers of cases in order to boost their own bonuses. They set up shop with one attorney, an administrative law judge and...

It’s only government money. It’s not like they take that money from working people so they have less money to buy themselves some nice things.

One little fraud in one little town in rural Appalachia.

Surely the same tactics couldn't work in a heavily scrutinized major city?

And why is it that I feel that this is not an isolated incident?

In fact, I’d be the farm that it isn’t.

Just more evidence that our government is completely corrupt, inefficient and without any compassion for those it is “hired” to serve. There will be retribution exacted.

And it never stops. Did anyone notice that the law firm of Binder and Binder advertised on the page? They are disability lawyers of course.

Makes me vomit.

If Issa is in anyway involved with this investigation...nothing will come of it.

“Social Security Disability scandal cost taxpayers $2.5 billion”

more accurate and less mis-leading:

Social Security Disability scandals cost taxpayers $2.5 trillion.

(loss figure is probably still too LOW)

Here in the midwest, the ambulance chasers have gone into the SocSec disability field bigtime.

Car safety has improved a lot, the business is trending down.
Govt benefits looks like a promising new line of biz.

there is a system...and people can hear thru word of mouth which "lawyers" to go to and those "lawyers" know which "doctors" to send their clients too.....

why would they let these sore backs and a sore ankle get away with this disability, SS money payouts that are far more than their work life would ever pay....its just disgusting....

and these parking passes....they should be reserved for those in wheelchairs, or using walkers or on oxygen......I see more 30 or 40 somethings whizzing by me into their special priviledg parking places...and they get to park free in cities at parking meters as well...for FREE....

I saw an 80ish woman drive up infront of Shopko, unable to park in the disabled areas due to the dozens of cars there, and physically go to the rear of her van, pull out a wheelchair, set it up, and go get her husband from the passenger side and help him into it, then push the chair into the store.....

the obscene use of disability and free parking passes is NOT helping the truly needy...

What I’ve seen is that once people get on disability, they tend to not get better. They’re actually rewarded by being able to keep all of the benefits only if they go through interviews and are deemed still disabled.

Back in my home county I overheard a group of three young lawyers at the coffee shop discussing a list of people in the county who have money and what they could target them for.

If I’d had a gun I think I’d have just gone ahead and killed them right there and then.

Lawyers are a dime a dozen and not worth that. The schools have genned them out to serve as minions to firms for the benefit of the overlord full partners. I’m seeing the in debt over their heads cretins showing up in all sorts of places and doing no good in any of them.

- Check now with your own bank now!

Banks are reporting on Tuesday December 3rd, 2013 that Direct Deposits of your Social Security payments for December 2013 are not being received from the US Treasury.

As of 10am EST banks are receiving huge amounts of telephone calls and internet site inquiries because their bank accounts are not receiving their regular Social Security Direct Deposit amount credited to their bank account.

- Caution - Obama has warned that US citizens may not receive their SS payments.

Obama and his incompetent thugs cannot set up and run a website after spending over six hundred million ($600,000,000) dollars to the relatives and friends of Michelle Obama and Valerie Jarrett to set up a website.
