Incompetence is the standard result from centralized control of markets. The market works best when it is not centralized and becomes incompetent when bearucrats attempt to control my wallet from 2,000 miles away.
Arrogance is also always present when those people think that they are smarter about my life than I am....
This DUmmie seems to be angry with the natural results of the policies that he/she/it begged for!
And as a locust, he will start pushing for the devouring of the new bounty he has found.
