I went to MSCONFIG and stopped those programs from launching.
The computer still freezes up even when nothing is running. To avoid Google I made it download Firefox and it froze when I tried to do use it.
I really think I hate Windows right now.
Did you apply the changes and then restart the PC? Those changes require a reboot. If you didn’t do that then all those background processes are still running.
