Just stop watching. They will go to a different network next year, and you can watch again. What I can’t understand is how the rest of the family can continue to stay on the show, even after their father has been kicked off. I’m assuming there is some kind of contractual reason. However, kicking Phil off the show could be used to void the contract.

Just a note to point out that duck season starts now and goes through the end of January in Phil’s neck of the woods.

He maybe just decided the quickest way to get what he wants is shooting his mouth off.

I have a sneaking suspicion that he is way smarter than the A&E execs.

He gets to hunt uninterrupted for the next six weeks. Christmas sales are spiking (and increasing his franchise value) and if he is planning a network switch, his watchers are well primed to follow (further increasing the franchise value).

The Duck Commander didn’t get where he is from dumb luck.
