As previously reported on VIN News, the man was described as being in his low to mid thirties, approximately 5’8 and weighing 170 to 185 pounds.

Hmmmm ... how do laws work from state to state ?

What I mean is ... they've charged a white guy in Texas with a hate crime for performing a 'knockout' ... Can/Does that translate into something useable in another state?

Notice that we have a general description of each of the victims, but no useful information about the person detained? I mean as long as we’re excising all the actual News from our reporting, why leave any other facts in?

The man who was arrested is believed to be the attacker of a 20-year-old young woman on McDonald Ave., in Midwood (who was hit in the head on the Sabbath and knocked to the ground), of a woman who was attacked on Elm Ave. while she was out with her young daughter (also on the Sabbath), and of an elderly Russian woman.

I take it that the victims aren't Amish.

Eric Holder was proud as punch to arrest and charge a white knockout perp. Holder intends to put a white face on the Knockout Game hate crime.

If NYC wants to stop this racism where all the victim were of a different race and most a different religion, I suggest they televise this trial just like they did to George Zimmerman.

Let all those hoodie thugs out there see on TV its not a GAME, its assault and a crime, and since its vs. consistently white and Jews, its a profiling hate crime.

If the politicians won’t do this vote them out of office and get politicians who will.

He wasn’t a “Knockout game” perp — he was a lone attacker who was bipolar. He was a nutcase that acted alone, which isn’t part of the m.o. for the Knockout Game.

But you’re right, Holder was trying to frame him as a Knockout game participant, to falsely suggest that it’s a crime committed by whites just as often as by black thugs.
