Nice article. The Coach is usually “spot on”. My question would be, Why does it take the States so long to act? S. Carolina could have done this is a few days. They are stil “working it through the system”.

Sorry I posted before finishing. Like Obama’s Executive orders, can’t the R’s in SC just push this through and the Gov. can sign it into law. The Gov. would control anything in the state insurance industry so she could change the insurance regs with a stroke of the pen.

RE :
States that did not set up a state run exchange can actually block the IRSs illegal ObamaCare taxes legislatively by suspending the licenses of insurers that accept the illegal subsidies. Since no insurer would then accept one, not a single employer in the state could be hit with the employer-mandate penalties those subsidies trigger.
As the 1945 McCarran-Ferguson Act gives states the authority to regulate insurance and insurance companies within their borders, neither the federal government nor the IRS can interfere with this statutory language.” Now that's the way to fight back.

They need to tie this POS law up in litigation knots as far as the eye can see. Grind it into the pavement.

If the government breaks its’ own laws why can the people that it claims to represent not do the same?
