There are towns all over the South that is left with a few rich farmers, people who can’t afford to move and those who made them want to move. I see the same thing happening to the big, blue cities.
Back in 1976 a man told me he was moving to the mountains of NW Arkansas because he could see what was coming. He was so right. You should see the once bustling town he left.
Were the mountains in NW Arkansas to which he moved the better choice? Are they more "bustling" than the town he left?
