In the spirit of "you can keep your healthcare plan if you want to", Barack Obama categorically denies he and his fellow progressives are using the power of the federal government to illicitly punish their political opponents. The DOJ won't investigate voter fraud allegations in numerous states – including Allen West’s shocking loss in Florida – Homeland Security won't enforce existing immigration laws that protect our sovereignty (in a post 9/11 world no less), Congress won't punish the IRS for harassing religious and conservative groups, and the State Department won't deter Iran from developing a nuclear arsenal. However, somehow infected by an insatiable sense of urgency, or self-fulfilling prophecy, the DOJ is now prosecuting Dinesh D'Souza for allegedly violating campaign finance laws. Surely, in this age of good will, equal protection under the law and federal transparency, his explosive and revealing documentary –"2016: Obama's America" – was in no way the impetus for this latest chapter of Barry Soetoro’s Marxist, vendetta tour? Of course not! Only the Attorney General, a personal friend of the President, but more succinctly, a force for social and economic injustice, is allowed to break the law without recourse!
Despite being neck deep in scandal, deceit and failure, this administration has the gall to unilaterally lash out against anyone who dares oppose and expose their abusive record. Rather than being lead by an intrinsic desire to serve the best interests of this nation and operate under the auspices of integrity and dignity, honoring this republic through unabashed humility and accountability, this President has disregarded nearly every institution, law, and overriding sense of basic decency in his quest to fulfill his radical agenda at all costs. Sorry, but for the sake of posterity, our very survival, this isn’t Cold War Russia, a Che Guevara charity roast or a third world banana republic were the only export, propaganda, is superceded by the lives it destroys. This is the United States of America: founded by the people, consecrated in liberty, and forged upon the premise that no leader, party, or movement is above the Constitution or man’s God-given right to live free from tyranny. In other words, when push comes to shove and providence shines through the clearer, the government belongs to us…dictators be damned!
For Barack Hussein Obama, the goal is hauntingly clear: to keep inciting his detractors by further dismantling our most fabled institutions and customs, blatantly ignoring Constitutional checks and balances, until the people revolt or the economy collapses. Then, just as his minions have worked tirelessly over the past 6 years to achieve, he can once and for all deem those who question his authority, his inane policies, as enemies of the state and thus institute martial law. Or, in laymen’s terms, indefinitely extend his presidency “for the common good”. And for those who refuse to believe such a damning and bombastic assertion, I have only this to say: those who endlessly lust for power are rarely willing to give it up freely or without incident. If a man can consciously lie to the people he supposedly serves without reservation, even go to greater lengths to protect that deception and the inevitable collateral damage, there is no limit to his penchant for injustice. History, unlike human nature, never forgets.

Pierce O’Donnell, the lawyer who represented Art Buchwald against Paramount Pictures in the case that exposed studio accounting practices, has accepted a plea deal for illegally contributing to John Edwards’ 2004 presidential campaign.
Under the agreement between O’Donnell and federal prosecutors, O’Donnell will receive 60 days in prison, a year of supervised release, 500 hours of community service, plus a $20,000 fine.
And Boehner got the memo - play along and you won't get hurt.

Can you imagine D’Sousa would lay himself open like this, take this risk? I don’t. Set up maybe, but after that penetrating movie, he must have known scrutiny and payback would be the least of threats to his life and limb.
Too strange and too obvious. His own defense is rather admitting to the deed, but stuttering in saying it was all quite benign.
This man needs help, I fear.

The only defense the American public has is the House of Representatives led by John Boehner (how reassuring). If through voter fraud they can capture this last vestige of opposition we are finished. They own the judiciary and the bureaucracy.
