I just heard the strangest report on KABC radio — that neighbors of Waxman who has lived in his Bevery Hills home for 40 years are complaining of a “smell” coming from his place. I know nothing more — but interesting.

So given the politics of his constituents, I gather his replacement will be equally or even more so repugnant? Is there any chance in Heaven that this seat will flip to Republican?
