If Christian schools teach love of Christ, what do government schools teach love of?

Its just a thought piece. I am sure I could cite hundreds, if not thousands of examples of topics removed from public government schools in favor of topics more sympathetic to social justice. As could you. There is a very long train of abuses here.

For topics on my mind in this context, I recently posted text of the 1100 Charter of Liberties, in which King Henry plainly stated that it is oppressive to buy back your inheritance - the death tax.

Also, I am currently recording the full text of the Colored Patriots of the American Revolution, here - How big of an impact would knowledge like this be to the race relations in this country that the progressives are constantly ripping to shreds?

And how much safer would all of ours' family's inheritance be if more people just knew that this was a battle that was already previously won.(then lost again)

Seems plain as day to me what government schools teach love of - government.

What does surprise me though is when people say "The public schools are out of control!" They are? By what metric, you mean Common Core? Your children are hostages to their cause. Government schools are doing exactly what government schools are supposed to do, become the Social Centre. In case it gets overlooked, if schools are the Social Centre, that makes government the social centre.

Schools that are run by churches had better be teaching MORE than just Christian belief IF they want students to be fully functioning adults.... otherwise they can follow the path of the Amish

This is an excellent project. Thank you for posting!

You may remember that I have posted Rev. Benjamin W. Arnett's "Centennial Thanksgiving Sermon" (celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence), or excerpts from it, on numerous occasions over the past year or so.

Arnett's delivered one entire section, which he titled "The Danger to Our Country," in which he quotes the then-published agenda of the "liberals" (now "progressives") who, even in 1876, wanted to "change" America from its foundations in liberty. He described precisely what we now see has, in fact. happened over the past several decades, culminating with the bold "transformation" project of today.

Might not a recording of that wise Black leader's challenge to Americans to understand the foundations of their nation's founding documents and to fight the battle of ideas with those who would undermine those foundations might be enlightening and a powerful challenge for youth of today?

They teach love of Government. They teach that the individuals are property of the Government. They teach that said individuals have no God Endowed Rights, only State granted privileges. they teach that the practice of homosexuality is good. They teach than men marrying women and vice versa is bad. They teach that children are communal property and disposable, not gifts from God. They teach that Government is god. They also tech other things. Most of them bad.

It’s been obvious for a long time that government is the religion of the low-information types.

the job of government schools isn’t to teach love (of anything).

Every good liberal knows the job of government schools is to teach hate (of many things). If you hate enough people/things, you will need to government to punish those people/things and will want to give the government more power. And you certainly won’t want to become one of those people the schools teach others to hate.

Look no further than the founder of modern public educatio, John Dewey. You and your children are nothing but collective drones.

I sent my daughter to a Christian school and her teacher promoted communism as a wonderful thing.

The next year, I sent my daughter to a public school where she learned about Islam. The teacher wanted the class to recite the “Shahadah”, which a person recites when they become a Muslim.

If Christian schools teach love of Christ, what do government schools teach love of?
