It’s not about horses per se. That is a red herring. duh Blasio is interested in getting one of his acquaintances the real estate where the stables sit. It’s a dirty deal from the get go and the usual suspects in the media are running cover for him.
Joy, Romance and Simple Pleasures are forbidden in the gray progressive state. No laughing, no petting the horses, no leisurely carriage rides in the park. These are decadent passtimes unworthy of serious slaves.
