Front Sight's Ignatius Piazza has put together a video that I believe does a good job of sorting some of the fact from fiction behind the heavy handed federal actions against the Bundys.
It calls for legitimate law enforcement personnel to do the right thing, and look into the active ongoing coverup. (First identified here on Free Republic, as usual...)

Not so hidden. The link between Harry Reid and the Chinese energy company is widely known. He has even inserted himself into the the fray by stating publicly that “lawbreakers will not get away with it”.

To the point, if you have not already seen the 30+ minute video presentation by Steven Pratt then I strongly recommend that you take the time to do so. Mr. Pratt’s video is rich in constitutional references and leads me to accept the conclusion that much federal land was acquired unconstitutionally. Note that Mr. Pratt mentions Nevada as well as several other states. Also note that in the first 10 minutes Mr. Pratt talks about what the Constitution is, material not directly related to Bundy. The remaining 20 minutes presents many Constitution-related references as to why the feds unconstitutionally “own” much land.
