Vice President Biden addressed Ukrainian legislators Tuesday in a committee room of the Rada, the Ukrainian parliament, where he began his remarks by thanking the legislators for "making me feel relevant again." Biden is in Ukraine to show support for the Ukrainian government as that country faces continued pressure and threats from Russia. Biden's "relevant" comments were a reference to his time as a legislator in the United States:
I want to thank my colleagues for bringing me back home. For 36 years I sat in our legislature, and I used to actually have this seat in our -- I was the chairman of our committee. Thank you for making me feel relevant again, back in a legislative body.

He was never a Vice President or ever will be. He was/is an Obama insurance policy.

If I were in the Ukraine Gov’t and saw that JOE BIDEN was the USA’s point-man for assisting with my country’s troubles - I’d pack my bags and book the next flight out of the country.
For Obama, the only thing better than getting Biden out of the White House, would be getting Michelle out!
Biden’s comment reminded me of the song. With him, it’s all about “mice elf” anyhow.
I remember how the media trashed Dan Quayle because of a few statements and the spelling of Potato. Biden makes Quayle look positively brilliant. Several years ago, I recall he had some kind of brain surgery. I wonder if they left a piece of it on the operating table?
Yeah Joe told the Ukrainiacs that Russia is trying to land grab their territory, hmmm, sounds familiar, where have I heard that before?
