Did Russia hold a vote in Chechnya to let the locals vote on integration with Russia?
Why not?
They did it in Crimea.
Russians had every right to go into Chechnya, the Scuslum radicals were killing and causing havoc on native Russians.. Then we had the Breslin tragedy and all bets were off.. Good on Russia..
