Former Rep. George Nethercutt, who pulled off his own dramatic unlikely Congressional victory 20 years ago unseating Speaker of the House Tom Foley, of Spokane, said Tuesday he could see parallels between his experience and that of David Brat.
“It’s a message, as I look at it, to all members of the House: You’ve got to pay attention to what people at home are saying,” Nethercutt said.

McMorris Rodgers has three opponents in the August primary: Republican Tom Horne, Democrat Joe Pakootas and Independent Dave Wilson. The two candidates with the most votes will face-off in November.

Personally, I shudder when McMorris Rodgers get to “talk to us.” She appears to have the intellect of a toad, only able to parrot the GOPe “talking points.” I hope she looses, because she’s an embarrassment.

The GOP ‘leadership’ won’t learn a damn thing from this upset victory. They are deaf and dumb and too busy ironing their plaid golf pants to look out the window. I have no use for these people.

If the GOP tries to ram amnesty/immigration reform through the lame-duck session the way the Dems rammed Obamacare through the dead duck session, the party will implode.
But it could also be the start of a political revolution, exposing the corruption and arrogance for what it is, and ridding it from that “swamp that traded malaria for politics”.

YES! As soon as possible. Those illegals must get amnesty now so they can learn enough English to be able to read the 2014 ballots and vote for socialists!
