Did he ever say “just black precincts”? Ken Cucchinelli, speaking for the campaign, did say that they planned on sending poll watchers to areas where Cochran was recruiting Democrats. In Mississippi the two would be pretty synonymous.

It was not just black precincts. Poll watchers were at my precinct. I had poll watcher credentials in case I were needed but had other duties.
