Gov. Quinn signed into law this week a bill that prohibits private employers from asking applicants about their criminal history prior to determining if they are qualified for the job.
Looks like he likes to surrounded by like people - Oh wait for elected crooks this policy does not apply, what a big surprise since they are guarded by special people who have been fully veted and have had fully background checks performed.
