I'd agree. I despise the Yankees. I despise their owner. I think they are bad for baseball by essentially buying their championships by raiding talent from other teams if necessary and I cheer for any team which plays against them.

But Derek Jeter is one of the classiest guys to ever play the game and one of the few whose talent actually exceeds his ego.
