According to what I've seen, his exposure was on the 15th, helping his landlords transport their sick, pregnant daughter to the hospital. His departure was on the evening of the 18th on
Brussels Air 1246.
Thanks. I would only wonder then, if the ticket he purchased on Sept 2 was for a Sept 18 departure, or if he changed it to the 18th after the 15th (day of exposure).
