Yes, it will be the commercially available plants that will make the difference. Lockheed project 10 years from now. Rossi says they are testing the first plant now. I hope we’ll see it next year.
Though I will add this, my neighbor is Phd Nuclear Physicist with DOE., my daughter is a recent grad from GA Tech in nuclear engineering and my mentor is a Chemical Engineer/Patent lawyer who worked on the Manhattan Project. None of them have ever heard of the eCat.
