Great. Let Palin - like Kasich - run for Governor. Then some years later - after being in politics - she runs for president? Great.
But wouldn’t it have been absurd if Kasich had decided to up and run for president instead of governor?
The fact that Palin has more name recognition makes no difference. Trump also has a powerful presence but he is certainly not a serious player either.
No more absurd these days than a first lady running for the Senate, or a 2-year Senator running for president.
Was it absurd for Herman Cain or Rick Santorum to run?
