This is just so typical of a Liberal. Aaain, we see the Obamaesque moral relativity of all things, afterall all things being equal there can be no exception to the rule. Therefore by Liberal argument America is “just like anybody else”, historically, politically, morally and socially we are all generic nation states and peoples. Oh, how wonderful to be the same as Suriname, Laos, China or Germany. America did not rise to become a Superpower within 50 years (1900-1950) just because it was another France. These Liberals should try living abroad, hopefully in a failed nation state or in Europe for example. I have lived abroad and I can clearly state, with all her faults, America is an exceptional land with an exceptional people thus making her swell with American Exceptional-ism.
