Jennifer Rubin is another paid mouthpiece for The Cheap Labor Express. The comparison to Liz Mair is accurate.
She was not an unknown when they hired her, she only resigned because of the flak generated when word got out. It still smacks of getting caught with your hand in the amnesty jar to me.

Politics is ideological. Having leftists and progressives at the helm of “conservative” campaigns doesn’t make any sense no more than it makes sense having non believers teaching at a Christian school. I’m sorry but I NEVER see conservatives being employed in campaigns for liberal Democrats and no conservative that really believes in conservatism would be working to get a leftist elected in the first place. The problem is that leftist progressives don’t think that way. They want to infiltrate, they want to define what is reasonable and extreme and what better way than to make sure Conservatives don’t run on a conservative liberty pro constitution message.

At the end of the day politics is a blood sport and we need to stop playing loose with those things that we can control. We shouldn’t be letting leftists run our campaigns, we shouldn’t be letting them moderate our debates, and we sure as hell shouldn’t be letting them define a playing field where regardless of where we stand they win and we lose.

Here is an example of the GOP stupidity that was the McCain campaign.

McCain Adviser Won’t Fight Obama

I saw Rick Perry hired another McCain POS Schmidt. WTF. The sad thing is even in conservative circles you don’t see them growing conservative consultants from the grassroots instead they are pulling in young progressive yuppies who hate conservatives and think the future of the GOP is in Huntsman like candidates.
