All of the moral outrage will not be what changes this. What will change it is when some---even one---of the women who "donated" their fetal tissue sue because PP made money off of this, and when that woman or those women demand their legal share of the profits.

Sounds gruesome, but the law often is gruesome. Once the women have to be compensated, the profit goes away, and some---not all, but some---of the incentive to kill babies to harvest their tissue goes away.

>>the incentive to kill babies to harvest their tissue goes away.

The incentive is rooted in the covetous and idolatrous nature of those who worship themselves and intend to live as long as possible through technocratic/transhumanist means.

Caligula and his reprobate Roman ilk were never so near to immortality.

If a woman wins such a lawsuit, some women will line up expected to be paid for aborting their baby for parts.

The reason selling human body parts is illegal is to prevent trafficking, kidnapping and murder to obtain said parts.
The reason we don't allow donating for profit is that we don't want an economy where people sell parts of themselves to pay for debts. It can become coerced very quickly.
I can't wait for the day when well functioning synthetic organs become available to make this discussion moot.

No cause of action, no basis to sue. It's illegal to receive compensation for human tissue so no court would hear it.
